Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product quality and reliability. You will perform receiving and in-process inspections, generate NCRs, and support root cause analysis while collaborating with manufacturing engineers to maintain process controls.

The role requires 3–5 years of inspection experience, familiarity with 5S, and working knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 QMS. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential as you help maintain calibration records and 5S standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands on experience with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams and BOMs.
  • Familiarity with 5S methodology.
  • Solid understanding and use of calibrated measuring devices (Calipers, Micrometers and Durometers).
  • Working knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001-2015.

  • Maintain a 5S work environment.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Are you diligent and passionate about maintaining high standards? We're looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to take a hands-on role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. In this role, you will perform well inspections, conduct audits, troubleshoot quality issues, and help define procedures that drive continuous improvement. You'll report directly to the Quality Manager and collaborate closely with other leaders across the organization. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Three to five years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
