If you are an experienced Customer Quality professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you in Sandusky, MI. In this role, you will support the Quality team by evaluating returned products, assisting with quality processes, and helping ensure products meet customer and ISO 9001 requirements. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Review returned products and assist with basic failure analysis evaluations.
  • Support warranty claim processing and quality documentation updates.
