Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Quality Inspector for Avery Creek on 1st shift. The role involves final and in-process inspections to ensure product conformance, containment actions for quality issues, and data-driven reporting across multiple product lines.

The position requires an associate’s degree or manufacturing experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with ENOVIA/Plant Order Manager. Overtime and on-site work are expected in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate’s degree or one year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication within a team and to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform final and in-process quality inspections across multiple product lines to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform containment actions for quality issues including inspection of suspect product and validation of responsible processes.
• Collect and input quality data into databases and software for reporting and analysis (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TDM, CQM, MQ1).
• Interact with front end engineering to resolve quality defects and solve complex problems regarding product specifications.
