Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Quality Inspector (Avery Creek) on 1st shift. The role focuses on final and in-process inspections to ensure product conformance, containment for quality issues, and driving corrective actions.

Proficiency with MS Office and quality systems is expected, with strict adherence to ISO 9001. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or manufacturing experience and reside within 50 miles of Avery Creek, NC.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate’s degree or 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration-related visas for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of the work location will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform final and in-process inspections to ensure product conformance.
• Conduct containment actions for quality issues and validate suspect processes.
• Support quality engineering to improve CONC, Warranty PPM, and yields.
• Assist in resolving NCMRs and related problem solving.
• Enter quality data into databases and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TDM, CQM, MQ1).
• Monitor adherence to ISO 9001 quality procedures and standards.
