Westfall Technik, LLC in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections with CMM testing and SPC data entry. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP and participation in audits and training within a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Monitor quality of product and complete check sheets.
• Perform CMM testing and respond to nonconformances.
• Enter data into SPC database and address nonconformances.
• Report and document nonconformance or potential problems.
• Follow Quality Mgmt System and cGMP procedures.
• Assist in audits of product, documentation, and processes.

We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector with the following qualifications:

Professional Attributes

• Perform and document first article, in-process, and final inspection of product.
• Monitor quality of product manufactured and completes required check sheets.
• Perform CMM testing as required and reacts to any nonconformances.
• Perform dimensional and functional testing, enter required data into SPC database (Quality America), and react to any nonconformances.
• Report and document nonconformance or potential problems relating to the quality of product.
• Perform essential duties following the Quality Management System and cGMP.
• Assist in audits of product, documentation, and processes.
• Perform sorting and rework when necessary.
• Assist in the training of Inspector Packers and observes their performance for verification.
• Ensure that machine safety devices are not altered or defected.
• Ensures that all safety procedures are followed.
• Must always use correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job.
