About the Role

As a Quality Inspector, you'll be a key contributor to ensuring Vermillion's products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this hands-on role, you'll conduct in-process and final inspections, perform first article reviews, and execute automated testing of terminated assemblies. You will also be responsible for compiling comprehensive job packets including critical documentation such as material certifications, calibration records, and training validations. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will support the integrity of our manufacturing process and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform in-process and final inspections of Vermillion products in bulk or term areas (excluding complex assemblies).
2. Perform first article inspections in bulk or term areas (excluding complex assemblies).
3. Perform automated testing of terminated assemblies.
4. Generate job packets for conformity inspection, including gathering material certificates, calibration records, training records, and engineering packets.
5. Perform all duties in accordance with Vermillion's Quality Management System and Safety standards, using appropriate tools and protective equipment.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
