Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Quality Inspector opportunities in Vance, AL. Responsibilities for a Quality Inspector include but are not limited to:

• Quality Inspection & Testing: Perform final inspections on front and rear automotive seats prior to customer shipment, assisting with EOL/FAM testers, blind audits, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

• Defect Segregation & Repair: Identify and segregate non-conforming products from conforming inventory, ensuring all defects are immediately repaired and re-inspected according to Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).

• Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Adhere to all safety guidelines, plant quality procedures, and 5S initiatives while participating in team meetings to achieve plant certification and performance goals.

Candidates for Quality Inspector must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Communication & Measurement Tools: Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge and experience using measurement devices.

• Manufacturing Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (automotive industry experience is a major bonus).

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work mandatory overtime and potential 12-hour shifts as needed.

• Pay: $19.16 - $20.16 per hour (depending on shift)

• Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (Overtime required, possible 12-hour shifts)

This Quality Inspector position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $19.16 to $20.16 per hour
