Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring a Quality & Line Inspection Specialist for the 1st shift in Southampton, PA. The role offers a pay range of $30.00-$35.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus, with annual salary potential of $45,000-$55,000.

The successful candidate will perform line inspection, interpret blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve quality issues. No degree required and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Experience with blueprint interpretation and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work 8 AM–4 PM on first shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform line inspection and quality checks on production lines.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects.
