Position: Quality Inspector
Shift: 1st | Hours: 7AM - 3:30PM
Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement | Industry: Manufacturing

Our Client is Seeking a Quality Inspector with our key Manufacturing Client. To be considered for this position, applicants will need a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs inspection of sub-assemblies and final systems assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.
• Creates inspection work instructions for all products.
• Compiles final document and data packages per specific customer requirements.
• Develops/implements new systems/methodology for quality reporting.
• Ability to compile and analyze manufacturing defect data to drive corrective actions.
• Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, and wiring diagrams in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience with quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Programs, including strong proficiency in Excel.
• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in high-tech manufacturing.
• Previous experience using manufacturing systems such as Agile and Oracle.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in establishing new processes/systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across functions.
• Previous fiber manufacturing or quality knowledge.
• Previous technical writing experience.
• Ability to perform first article inspections on fabricated parts is a plus.
