Responsibilities

Quality InspectorPay: $24.00-$25.00/hourShift: 1st Shift, 6am-2:30pmPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in a clean room environment. This role is responsible for inspecting products, accurately documenting inspection results, and performing a high volume of data entry to support quality records and manufacturing compliance.The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a clean room, is comfortable wearing full clean room PPE for the duration of their shift, and has strong computer and data entry skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in quality within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and dimensional inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.Accurately document inspection findings using electronic data entry systems.Enter quality data into Excel and other manufacturing software with a high level of accuracy.Review inspection results for completeness and identify discrepancies.Follow established quality procedures and work instructions.Maintain detailed inspection records to support quality and regulatory requirements.Work in a clean room environment while wearing full clean room gowning and PPE throughout the shift.Communicate quality concerns to production and engineering teams as needed.Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.Previous experience working in a clean room is required.Willingness and ability to wear full clean room attire for the entire shift.Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate electronic records.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based data entry systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to follow written procedures and work independently.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline is a plus.Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, pharmaceutical, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing.Experience analyzing quality data and identifying trends is a plus.What We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured clean room environment.
