Job Description: These positions are for early career inspectors who will be responsible for reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings/Blueprints, complex wiring diagrams, and sketches to verify that manufactured hardware complies with the requirements. Inspect hardware to specifications and decide on acceptance based on criteria. Responsible for properly filling out nonconformance reports (defects), inspection tags, and other inspection documents as required.
Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, light lifting, and bending to perform the job. Interfaces with on-site customer representatives (Navy On-Site team and/or DCMA) during product acceptance.
Member of the Product Quality Team to enforce compliance with processes and procedures throughout production, ensuring conforming product delivery to the customer.
