Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a quality-focused professional for a manufacturing environment to maintain and improve product quality across assembly, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.

You will lead quality activities, support audits and inspections, identify trends, and partner with internal teams and suppliers to drive effective corrective actions and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Sufficient High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ months of experience in technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and analyze quality discrepancies; support corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits and collaborate with inspectors to ensure compliance with specs and controls.
• Oversee testing activities and inspection teams; review work order flow tags.
• Develop and improve inspection techniques, tools, and instructions.
• Partner with process owners and suppliers on nonconformities and change control.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, document, and analyze quality discrepancies while supporting the development of effective corrective and preventative actions.
• Lead internal audits and collaborate with auditors and inspectors to ensure compliance with established specifications, standards, and manufacturing controls.
• Oversee testing activities and inspection teams, including reviewing and approving work order flow tags and supporting day-to-day quality operations.
• Develop and improve inspection techniques, tools, and instructions to strengthen quality standards and inspection processes.
• Partner with process owners and suppliers on nonconformities, customer escapes, supplier corrective actions, change control, and material review activities.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ months of experience in technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.

What Sets You Apart:

• Knowledge and experience with ISO9001/AS9100
• Knowledge of ICP 610/620 and JA standard.
• Teamwork.
• Ability to work independently.
• Soldering certifications.
