Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Quality Administrator in Clearwater, FL for a 6-month contract. You will perform quality reviews on final inspections, test data, and process records while supporting supplier quality initiatives and utilizing precision measurement equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with the potential to obtain an Active Secret Clearance. Local candidates preferred for on-site work in Clearwater.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the disposition of non-conforming products, the creation of Non-Conforming Product Reports (NCPR) and support the maintenance of the TipQA non-conformance software as needed.


• Assist with the Corrective and Preventive Action process.


• Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing improvements to the quality system.


• Create, maintain, or revise specialized quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, inspection forms, etc.).


• Support the preparation of review of First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, either received from suppliers or prepared for the customer.


• Assist with and/or administer relative training to Tampa Microwave employees and related aspects of On-the-Job (OJT) and procedural training.


• Comply with established safety and housekeeping practices.


• Follow TM business ethics and appropriate behavior.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED


• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.

• Fluent in English language - written and oral.

Additional Information:

• Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
