Job summary

Aleron is recruiting for a Quality Inspector in Malabar, FL. You will join a manufacturing QA team to maintain and improve quality across assembly, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.

In this role you will lead quality activities, support audits and inspections, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. The position is temp-to-perm with a 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ months of experience in technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.
• Knowledge/experience with ISO9001/AS9100 preferred.
• Knowledge of ICP 610/620 and JA standard is a plus.
• Soldering certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and analyze quality discrepancies; develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead internal audits; collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with specs and controls.
• Oversee testing activities and inspection teams; review work order flow tags and day-to-day quality operations.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, document, and analyze quality discrepancies while supporting the development of effective corrective and preventative actions.
• Lead internal audits and collaborate with auditors and inspectors to ensure compliance with established specifications, standards, and manufacturing controls.
• Oversee testing activities and inspection teams, including reviewing and approving work order flow tags and supporting day-to-day quality operations.
• Develop and improve inspection techniques, tools, and instructions to strengthen quality standards and inspection processes.
• Partner with process owners and suppliers on nonconformities, customer escapes, supplier corrective actions, change control, and material review activities.

Job Requirements
