What You'll Do:
- Identify, document, and analyze quality discrepancies while supporting the development of effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Lead internal audits and collaborate with auditors and inspectors to ensure compliance with established specifications, standards, and manufacturing controls.
- Oversee testing activities and inspection teams, including reviewing and approving work order flow tags and supporting day-to-day quality operations.
- Develop and improve inspection techniques, tools, and instructions to strengthen quality standards and inspection processes.
- Partner with process owners and suppliers on nonconformities, customer escapes, supplier corrective actions, change control, and material review activities.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ months of experience in technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.
What Sets You Apart:
- Knowledge and experience with ISO9001/AS9100
- Knowledge of ICP 610/620 and JA standard.
- Teamwork.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Soldering certifications.
