Job summary

The Panther Group in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. As an In-Process Inspector, you will help ensure components meet strict quality and dimensional standards throughout the production flow.

We offer competitive pay on multiple shifts, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good math skills and the ability to learn new inspection techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions (preferred).
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
• Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections using a variety of gauges and measuring equipment.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and inspection documents.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Set up basic inspection equipment and follow established sampling plans.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate them to the production team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training team members as needed.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

Pay

Pay $22.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience.
