Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team for electric motors and rotating equipment. You will inspect materials and products to ensure quality and customer specs, and collaborate with production and engineering to address issues.

The role requires 1+ year in quality inspection, ability to read blueprints, use calipers/micrometers/gauges, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Prior motor/rotating equipment repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in quality inspection related to machining.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Capable in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Electric motor / rotating equipment repair experience preferred.

About the role
