D&D Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector in Ipswich, MA. The role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 4:30pm, with up to $31/hour based on experience. You will inspect varied parts, read GD&T blueprints, and join a long-tenured workforce in a collaborative shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts throughout the manufacturing process using measuring and test equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T and tolerance requirements.
• Document inspection results accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of inspection and measuring equipment.
• Work with manufacturing staff to identify and correct quality issues.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality during production.
• Identify equipment issues, take corrective action, and report discrepancies.
• Assist with audits related to the ISO 9000 Quality System.
• Ensure electronic inspection tools are properly maintained and charged.
