Your main responsibilities

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Inspect inbound supplier materials and outbound products during assembly, packaging, and shipping.
• Identify damages and lead audits to detect errors, machine failures, and assembly concerns.
• Compile data and create graphs to improve efficiency.
• Perform quality assurance duties including inspections, audits, gauge calibration, and dimensional layouts.
• Conduct visual checks and communicate deviations.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal parts using blueprints and standard tools.
• Perform various inspections on supplier components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Complete inspection reports and input data into databases.
• Utilize inspection equipment and fixtures, including laboratory testing.
• Support production line in resolving complaints.
• Maintain measurement equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP is required.

What you bring

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience with Office Suite.
• Comfortable creating graphs in Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in a quality or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools.
