We’re looking for a Quality Inspector who is dedicated to ensuring the integrity of our products with a keen eye for detail. If you are meticulous, adhere to specifications, and prioritize doing things right the first time, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspect parts and products to verify they meet quality standards
• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) accurately and confidently
• Interpret blueprints and specifications effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards
• Document inspection results and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify quality issues and assist with corrective actions
• Support internal audits, dimensional studies, and root cause analysis

What You Need to Bring:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Near vision of 20/25 or better (with or without corrective lenses)
• Ability to pass a vision test
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain a clean work environment
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance

Nice to Have:

• Experience in manufacturing inspection environments
• Proficiency with measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, indicators
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with first article inspections, auditing, root cause analysis, or dimensional studies
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
