We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily quality checks and maintaining accurate reports to ensure products meet company and industry standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required for data analysis and presentation. Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and VMM (Vision Measuring Machine) is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections on products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Document findings and generate clear and concise quality reports
• Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate quality issues to the appropriate departments
• Use Microsoft Excel to track inspection data and identify trends or recurring issues
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate quality metrics and improvement initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the quality department
• (Optional) Operate and interpret results from CMM and VMM if experienced

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Familiarity with CMM and VMM operations is a plus, but not required
