Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector in Brookshire, TX for a 3rd shift role. Inspect components, subassemblies and finished products, and communicate any nonconformities to the production and quality teams.

The position involves guiding disposition decisions on materials and ensuring processes meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, welding experience (Spot or MIG), and strong visual inspection skills with calipers/height gauges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with spot welding and MIG welding is preferred.
• Strong visual inspection skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate components, subassemblies, and finished products, including electro-mechanical assemblies, welding, powder coating, and final assembly operations.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming parts and quality concerns to production and quality teams.
• Guide production personnel on proper disposition of materials, including approved use, rework, repair, or scrap decisions.
• Verify production processes meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Support daily production by investigating quality issues and assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range: $33hr

Shift: 3rd shift

• Sunday - Tuesday, 5p - 5a; alternate every other Wednesday
• Thursday - Saturday, 5p - 5a; alternate every other Wednesday
