Würth Industry USA is seeking a Quality Inspector in Bondurant, IA to perform detailed inspections of incoming, in-process, and outgoing components. You will evaluate conformance to drawings and specs, document results for traceability, and assist with NCRs and corrective actions.
Strong measurement skills and familiarity with ISO/AS standards are essential. Required are a high school diploma (technical training preferred) and at least 2 years in quality inspection, with proficiency in MS Office
The Quality Inspector is responsible for general and specific quality control functions related to the inspection of OEM-distributed components. This role ensures products meet defined standards, specifications, and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include inspecting, analyzing, interpreting, reporting, and ensuring quality assurance in alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9120 requirements. The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in delivering compliant products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
$21.00 per hour
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.
