Job summary

Trane Technologies in La Crosse, WI is seeking an Inspection Quality Supervisor to lead the Inspection team across shifts, ensuring FPY targets are met and quality standards are followed. You will coordinate welding, brazing, machining, assembly inspections and oversee training and staffing.

You will hire, train, and coach inspectors, work with engineering and production to implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with ASME/PED and ISO practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related work experience.
• ASME/PED exposure preferred.
• Associates weld tech or AWS CWI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Inspection team across shifts to improve FPY and TAKT.
• Coordinate weld, braze, machining, assembly inspections per specs.
• Hire, train, and qualify inspectors per union guidelines and company policies.
• Plan staffing to maintain hours and overtime support.
• Develop standard work and perform audits/inspections of parts and assemblies.
• Ensure drawings and specs match product inspections and train as needed.
