Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Inspection Quality Supervisor to lead the Inspection team at the La Crosse facility. You will ensure quality expectations are met, manage staffing across shifts, and coach inspectors in standard work.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of experience, and familiarity with ISO/audit practices. You will collaborate with engineering and production to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with CBA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience required.
• Past pressure vessel code compliance (ASME/ PED) exposure preferred.
• Quality assurance and ISO audit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Inspection team across shifts to meet FPY and TAKT targets.
• Coordinate weld, braze, machining, assembly, test, and final inspection activities.
• Hire, train and qualify new inspection staff per union guidelines and company policies.
• Plan and maintain sufficient Inspection team strength to cover regular hours and overtime.
