Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

You will supervise teams, train and coach members, communicate with customers, develop work instructions, and oversee project setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising teams of Quality Inspectors.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer facilities.
