Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• English language proficiency (read, write, and speak).
• Knowledge of ISO and FDA regulations.
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret inspection documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of inspectors performing receiving, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Train and mentor inspection staff on quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement inspection schedules aligned with production plans to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor KPIs for inspection activities and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to investigate root causes of rejections and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Inspection Plans and Work Instructions.
