Job summary

Holtec International in Camden, NJ, seeks a Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead nondestructive and dimensional inspection activities across our Advanced Manufacturing Division, ensuring products meet code, quality and safety requirements.

You will manage NDE and dimensional inspection staff, coordinate with manufacturing and engineering, and drive consistency, accountability and continuous improvement, while maintaining certifications and training.

Qualifications

• ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II certifications in MT, PT and VT required.
• Experience with dimensional inspection tools and GD&T fundamentals.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols and specifications.
• 3+ years of NDE inspection experience, including 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in heavy fabrication, machining, or nuclear manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign NDE and dimensional inspection tasks.
• Ensure NDE inspections are performed per procedures and codes.
• Review and approve inspection results, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to resolve nonconformances.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing on inspection requirements.
• Supervise daily inspection staff.
• Mentor, train, and develop inspection staff.
• Ensure certifications and training are maintained.
• Conduct performance evaluations and onboarding of new staff.
• Promote accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
