Job summary

Assured Quality Systems (AQS) in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities include visually inspecting parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications, and recording data in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, all paying $18.00 per hour. Must be able to work full shifts and have reliable transportation. Paid biweekly; PPE is required, and safety is emphasized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Visually or physically inspect parts to see if they meet customer specifications and record the information
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Operate electronic inspection equipment and software
• Accept or reject finished items
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected

• Work environments vary by industry and establishment size; some inspectors examine similar products for an entire shift, while others examine a variety of items.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs. for the entire duration of your shift.
• Safety vest and other required PPE are required to be worn throughout the shift.

LOCATION: Grand Prairie, Texas

SHIFTS:

• 1ST SHIFT: 5:55 AM -6:00 PM (or end of Production) Monday-Saturday $18.00 per hour
• 2nd SHIFT:1:55 pm -10:00 pm (or end of Production) Monday-Friday $18.00 per hour
• 3rd SHIFT: 9.55 pm- 6:00 am (or end of production) Sunday-Thursday with Rotating Saturdays $18.00 per hour.
• Sunday night shift starts at 8:55 pm
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL SHIFT.
• Must have reliable transportation
