Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and components for conformance to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Document inspection records, including test data and non-conformance reports.
• Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming material and communicate findings to appropriate departments.
• Work closely with purchasing, suppliers, and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to incoming material quality.
• Ensure materials are labeled and stored properly after inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inspection area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

The Quality Incoming Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying incoming raw materials, components, and products to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards. This role helps ensure that only approved materials enter the production process to maintain high product quality and safety.

Disclosure: This is a temp-to-perm position. All production employees for this role must be employed through Projob (staffing agency) for a minimum of 90 days.
