Job summary

Alan B. Miller Medical Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks a Quality Coordinator/RN to implement and oversee quality improvement programs for stroke, sepsis, and cardiovascular data.

You will train staff, track measures, and ensure data validity for regulatory reporting, driving readiness and continuous improvement across departments. The role requires an RN with BSN and experience in acute care quality, with strong data skills.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution; MS in nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance in an acute care setting.
• Minimum 1–3 years as a clinical nurse in medical-surgical setting.
• Experience with core measures abstraction, benchmarking, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and oversee quality improvement programs for stroke, sepsis, and cardiovascular data and reporting.
• Provide instruction, training and education on assigned programs and track measures.
• Ensure readiness for accreditation and regulatory surveys via data collection, rounding, and feedback.
• Present data and educate staff and leaders on areas of expertise.
