Job summary

Responsibilities include reporting, metrics development, and collaboration with the Quality and Risk teams to uphold Mary Free Bed's standards of excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or Allied Health is required.
• Experience with data management, quality reporting, and customer service is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a data management or administrative coordinator role.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong writing and editing abilities; able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint, and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training, data entry, data compilation, and production of reports with Quality and Risk Department.
• Monitors patient safety reporting and patient satisfaction reporting with benchmarking.
• Assists in identifying quality and clinical outcome metrics and reporting to support improvements.
• Supports data collection tools, surveys, and audits; facilitates knowledge transfer.
• Tracks performance trends and coordinates with leaders to implement action plans.
• Supports regulatory reporting and quality improvement initiatives.
