Job summary

The Staff Pad in Helena, MT partnered with a reputable healthcare organization to seek an experienced Quality Improvement Nurse to join the Quality Department. This role advances patient safety, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience through data-driven decision-making and collaborative quality improvement initiatives.

As a Full-Time team member, you will lead improvement initiatives, analyze outcomes, coordinate projects across the organization, educate staff on best practices,

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, BS preferred.
• Current Montana RN license required.
• PMP certification preferred or willing to obtain after hire.
• 10 years of healthcare nursing experience required.
• 5+ years of quality and safety improvement experience in an acute care setting.
• Data extraction and analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Analyze clinical outcomes and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate quality improvement projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate staff on quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Drive meaningful changes that improve healthcare processes and quality of care.
• Support initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience.
