Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support defect-free assembly and drive quality improvements. You will lead quality activities, communicate status, and train team members on quality topics on the shop floor.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 3+ years in quality control, with at least 1 year in automotive manufacturing. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of Quality control experience and at least 1 year in an automotive manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF 16949 Quality Systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections, checks, and tests during assembly to ensure defects are prevented.
• Maintain quality data files and generate quality reports for management.
• Lead or support problem solving on the floor and train team members in quality topics.
• Identify gaps in processes and report findings to management with corrective actions.
• Assist in internal and external audits and monitor adherence to quality standards.
