Camino Health Center is seeking a Quality Improvement Director for a temporary assignment in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The role oversees quality improvement and risk management programs, executes audits, trainings, and staff engagement to improve patient outcomes.

Reporting to the COO, you will collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, supervise the Program Manager, and coordinate NCQA PCMH initiatives while ensuring compliance with FTCA and FQHC standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health or related field.
• Two years of related experience in a health center with supervisory experience.
• RN or LVN strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and enhance quality improvement activities, modify control/workflow processes, and engage staff in continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative oversight of clinical performance measures and collaborate with the clinic team to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate PCMH recognition program initiatives with NCQA.
• Develop and facilitate ongoing quality assurance and peer-review programs with the Chief Medical Officer.
• Lead process improvement to increase efficiency of health center services.
• Analyze patient satisfaction data and drive improvements in patient experience.
• Create an annual training calendar and coordinate ongoing trainings.
