Job summary

Macomb County’s Community Mental Health is seeking a Quality Coordinator to lead and monitor the quality improvement system. You will collaborate with administrative and clinical staff on quality projects, assist in accreditation activities, and support EMR enhancements and dashboards.

The role involves data collection, audits, and reporting to the State of Michigan, with a focus on CQI and TQM practices in a full-time capacity located in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience with quality improvement processes in mental health administration.
• Master’s degree preferred with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing the quality plan for MCCMH.
• Monitors data collection, evaluation design, and training.
• Develops and maintains quality improvement practices.
• Participates in quality committees and councils.
• Operates an automobile for job functions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field

Master’s Degree in Public Health, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
