Job summary

Sentara Health Plans is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator in Woodbridge, VA to support and lead initiatives that enhance patient care quality and safety.   • Collects, analyzes, and reports on quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement in patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
  • Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to implement evidence-based practices and process improvements that align with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Provides education and training to staff on quality improvement tools, methodologies, and patient safety protocols.
