Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri seeks a Clinical Practice Improvement Coordinator to lead high reliability and patient safety initiatives, drive quality improvements, and support regulatory readiness across clinical teams.

You will facilitate physician peer reviews, monitor clinical outcomes, and act as a subject matter expert to promote teamwork and continuous improvement in daily practice. Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in hospital quality or related field, plus Missouri RN

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of hospital quality or related field experience.
  • Current RN licensure in Missouri is required.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and lead organizational quality improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate physician peer review processes to monitor outcomes and promote best practices.
  • Support hospital teams and committees as an internal subject matter expert on clinical practice.
  • Promote teamwork and alignment with the hospital mission during daily operations.

Position Summary: The Clinical Practice Improvement Coordinator develops, implements and leads organizational initiatives based on the principles of high reliability, patient safety, quality improvement, accreditation continuous readiness, and regulatory compliance; facilitates physician peer review process to monitor and improve clinical outcomes; supports hospital teams and committees by serving as a facilitator and internal subject matter expert. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum three year's work experience in hospital quality, process improvement, regulatory compliance or other relevant healthcare field is required.

L i c e n s u r e: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri is required.
