Job summary

Caritas Family Solutions is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to bolster the PQI team with planning, data management, and reporting. This role provides essential support for quality assurance, compliance, and performance measurement across departments.

The position is full-time and nonexempt, reporting to the Department Director. Starting compensation is $55,000 annually with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting quality improvement, compliance, reporting, or administrative operations.
  • Degree and experience may be considered in combination.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual data entry for surveys, client outcome measures, and record review activities when data cannot be collected electronically.
  • Upload, organize, label, and maintain compliance and quality-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to Quality Improvement, Safety & Risk, and other quality-related committees.
  • Coordinate policy review cycles and manage policy uploads within designated systems.
  • Generate routine compliance, quality, training, audit, and performance reports.
  • Maintain quality dashboards, databases, and tracking tools to ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Assist with performance dashboards, scorecards, Quality Improvement Plan reporting, and organizational fact sheets.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, KPI tracking, outcome measurement, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Analyze and report trends related to compliance concerns, incidents, and risk management indicators.
  • Support quality assurance, reporting, and data integrity activities within the electronic health record system.
  • Coordinate legal holds, records requests, subpoenas, and other information requests.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to promote a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Title: Quality Improvement Coordinator

Status: Full-Time, Nonexempt (hourly)

Reports To: Department Director

Starting Compensation Pay: $55,000/annually

PURPOSE: The Quality Improvement Coordinator is a member of the Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) Team and supports efforts related to planning, recordkeeping, data management, quality assurance, compliance, and performance measurement. This role serves as a key administrative and operational support position that helps ensure the Quality, Compliance, and Quality Improvement functions operate efficiently and effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform manual data entry for surveys, client outcome measures, and record review activities when data cannot be collected electronically.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED

Degree/Field Required: High school diploma or equivalent with relevant professional experience.

Degree/Field Preferred: Associate degree in Administration or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Administrative and office procedures, including records management, document control, office systems, and business terminology.
  • Customer and personal service principles, including identifying needs, maintaining service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
