Job summary

Saint Francis is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality improvement across programs. You will develop metrics, analyze data, and report findings to leadership while partnering with program teams to identify performance gaps and implement sustainable solutions.

The role focuses on QA processes for new grants, data reporting, and ensuring accuracy across state reporting systems, with a strong emphasis on cross-department collaboration and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree from an accredited college or University
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, Continuous Quality Improvement, Performance Management, or related discipline
• Proven ability to analyze complex performance data and present findings and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and reporting for projects and programs
• Analyze data and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for leadership
• Identify performance gaps and recommend sustainable improvements
• Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives across programs
• Collaborate with program leadership and IT to optimize data collection and reporting processes
