Tufts Medicine is seeking a Performance Improvement/Quality Analyst II to help develop and implement programs that enhance patient care quality. You will design dashboards, analyze disparate data sources, and translate findings for clinical and administrative leaders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and driving improvement initiatives across the enterprise. The position requires a clinical background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex data projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field required.
• Current licenses and certifications relevant to clinical practice.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience with exposure to performance/quality improvement.
• Master’s degree and 3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains quality dashboards for clinical leaders.
• Identifies trends in complex data to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Communicates results to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinates and facilitates PI teams and projects.
• Collects core measure data and accreditation-related quality data.
• Presents findings to physicians, nursing, and clinicians.
