Job summary

CompHealth on the Oregon Coast seeks an onsite Senior Director of Quality for a 6-month W2 temporary engagement. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background (nurse, pharmacist, technologist, etc.) and progressive quality leadership in an acute care hospital, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer.

This role oversees a small team and coordinates quality initiatives across departments in a coastal community known for ocean views and outdoor recreation.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in healthcare required (e.g., nurse, pharmacist, technologist, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years progressive healthcare quality leadership experience in an acute care hospital.
• Reports up to Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality programs as Senior Director in an acute care setting.
• Manage a team with at least 3 direct reports.
• Coordinate with the CNO and hospital leadership on quality initiatives.
• Oversee broader quality improvement efforts across departments.

My client a respected hospital on the scenic Southern Oregon Coast is seeking an experienced Onsite Senior Director of Quality to join their team on a W2 6-month temporary assignment. To be considered for the position candidates must have a clinical background IE: Nurse, Pharmacist, Technologist, etc. along with Director experience in an acute care hospital. The position reports up to the CNO and will have at least 3 direct reports reporting to them. The organization is located within driving distance of Eugene, Roseburg, and Medford.
