Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is required.
• Inspection or supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, supportive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall presentation
• Verify that all cleaning tasks meet brand standards and property-specific guidelines
• Document inspection results and communicate corrections clearly and professionally
• Support training by reinforcing proper cleaning techniques and quality expectations
• Collaborate with housekeeping leadership to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure guest amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked and displayed
• Report maintenance concerns promptly and follow up to ensure resolution
• Assist with hands‑on cleaning tasks during peak periods or special projects
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols at all times
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment
