Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a Grader to assess donated goods for quality and prepare items for sale and training programs. This hourly role supports store production and helps communities by turning donations into jobs.

You will follow training playbooks, work in a fast-paced team, and participate in safety practices. We offer weekly pay, full-time and part-time positions, and benefits including health insurance and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail to assess donated goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals.
• Excellent communication with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates.
• Promote teamwork with peers and maintain cooperation.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
