Job summary

CANPACK Group seeks a motivated Quality Assurance leader to oversee food safety and product quality across materials, production and finished goods. You will build strong internal and external relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

You will drive the QA program, conduct HACCP/BRC/ISO aligned activities, mentor staff, perform root cause analysis, and report data-driven insights to support plant operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 5–10 years' manufacturing QA/food safety experience with team leadership.
• Experience in metal packaging or CPG environments preferred.
• Audits and implementation of quality programs demonstrated.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, GMPs and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, verify and validate QA processes for materials, production and finished products.
• Address deviations and train production personnel in quality practices.
• Provide products and services meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead HARA activities and improve plant operations through proactive QA solutions.
• Maintain relationships with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations; provide data-driven insights.
