Creative Food Ingredients is seeking a Quality Assurance professional responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality and food safety standards. This role upholds state, federal and local regulations and leads QA staff development to meet customer and business initiatives.

Responsibilities include environmental plant swabbing, monitoring oven times, inspecting packaging, QA equipment calibrations, training, testing finished products, and micro-sample collection to meet customer

Aufgaben

• Perform environmental plant swabbing.
• Monitor oven time and temperatures.
• Inspect incoming pre-printed packaging: verification of all shipments of food contact packaging.
• Perform belt/ glass & brittle plastic inspections.
• Oversee QA equipment calibrations based upon procedure manuals.
• Perform training of new QA employees and continue training of current employees.
• Perform testing of finished product and equipment.
• Perform Micro-Sample collection when needed: to ensure daily samples are collected for microanalysis in a sanitary manner and meet customer requirements.
