Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge is seeking a QFS Systems Coordinator to turn quality and food safety data into actionable insights. You will own day-to-day administration of SafetyChain, generate reports across environmental monitoring, production checks, audits, and training, and work with Operations, Distribution, and R&D to keep documentation audit-ready.

The role requires 1–3 years in food manufacturing or related data roles, comfort with Excel, GMPs, HACCP knowledge, and ability to communicate data

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in food manufacturing, quality, food safety, logistics, or a role with data/records ownership.
• Comfort with data and building reports that others can understand and use.
• Working knowledge of GMPs and basic food safety; HACCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports across key food safety and quality programs (environmental monitoring, production compliance, internal audits, training, customer complaints, quality holds).
• Review and analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and risks; communicate findings to teams.
• Administer the Quality Management System (SafetyChain), including forms, workflows, user access, and reporting.
• Coordinate with leaders and plant teams to ensure checks are configured and data is reliable.
• Maintain organized documentation for SOPs, HACCP, specs, training records, and other program docs.
