Your role involves communicating with FOH, monitoring food quality, marinating and breading chicken, inspecting poultry, and ensuring adherence to health and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Able to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must follow company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintains verbal communication with FOH
• Monitors the quality of food
• Marinating and breading chicken
• Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
• Following receipts accordingly
• Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
• Follow protocol chicken forecast
• Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
• Thoroughly clean equipment
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
