Qualifications

• 3-5 years assembly experience.
• 1-3 years lead or supervisory experience.
• High School diploma minimum; Associate degree beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of quality inspectors to meet daily/weekly quality targets.
• Drive a safety-first culture and lead by example.
• Facilitate training for the quality assurance team and provide supervision as needed.
• Communicate progress updates and coordinate troubleshooting across teams.
• Maintain organized 5S work areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency.
• Maintain positive team morale and an open atmosphere of teamwork.
• Serve as subject matter expert for quality processes.
• Oversee labor transactions and performance management for direct staff.
• Take direction from Flow Team Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
