Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of QMS leadership in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 training and practical application is preferred.
• Experience leading internal and external audit programs.
• Collaborative work with R&D, manufacturing, and customers on quality matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC, QA, and QMS activities for the Lewisville site.
• Guide SWP quality activities aligned with business objectives.
• Provide leadership to QC/QA personnel and develop teams.
• Manage departmental operating expenses and drive improvements.
• Ensure timely, compliant quality activities and CAPA/MOC actions.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses for quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain the site's QMS and manage audits.
