Job summary

Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) seeks a Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead to drive the enterprise QMS, AS9100D and ISO 9001 compliance, and ongoing process improvement across the organization.

You will collaborate with departments to define, document, and improve processes, perform root-cause analyses, and ensure corrective actions are effective and sustainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five+ years in quality management or related fields preferred.
• Experience supporting AS9100D and ISO 9001 QMS in aerospace/defense or government contracting environments.
• Strong audit, process improvement, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve GMRE's QMS per AS9100D and ISO 9001.
• Lead internal audits, process assessments, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives across departments and programs.
• Develop quality metrics, management reviews, and traceability of improvements.
